General

- You may post commissioned artwork on any platform you'd like [as long as there's credit given!].
- I may post the commissioned artwork and/or the process of making it as well. If you want to keep everything private, please tell me!
- In order to commission artwork that is suggestive or gorey in nature, you need to be at least 17 years of age. If I find out you're not of age after doing the commission, you are automatically blacklisted. You will not be automatically blacklisted if I find out before the commission is done, but it will be cancelled and you'll be refunded.
- Softcore sexual art refers to suggestive poses, characters in revealing outfits, or suggestive dialouge in art!
- Softcore gore art refers to art that features lots of blood and injury like cuts, open wounds, and bruises, however no organs or internals shown. It also includes other types of gore art that are less realistic, like candy, cotton, pastel, etc.
- I give myself a week-long time frame for all my commissions. I'll personally let you know if the artwork is taking less time than expected or if I need more time. My life is pretty busy at the moment! You can only commission a second artwork after the first one is complete!

Prices

- My artwork is priced according to how much time and effort it takes me to execute something. It can be subject to change at any point in time!
- Prices have a starting rate, and increase depending on aspects like how many characters are in the artwork, or the type of background.

Payment | Refunds

- I split my artwork into 2-4 sections, those being sketching and inking, then coloring and rendering. When paying for commissions, you'll pay half the price for the sketching and inking, and then pay the other half to have it colored and rendered [if you asked for that, of course].
- If you specifically requested your artwork to only be sketched/inked, then you pay half the price to have it started, and the other half to have it finished [this is different if the sketch is colored].
- If you decide you want to pay full price up front, then your artwork gets more priority over those who didn't.
- If you pay half the price for your artwork, however never paid full price, the commission will be paused. You may come back anytime to pay the other half! If within 2 weeks, you changed your mind during the first section of the artwork, you will be given a refund [of course, a refund will not be given after the two weeks]. You will not be given a refund if the artwork is in the coloring/rendering phase.
- If you paid for the full price upfront, you have until the coloring/rendering phase to ask for a refund if you need it [and you will be refunded completely]. When the coloring phase is reached, you can no longer ask for a refund.
- Revisions for artwork are not charged! I will always be willing to change something if asked. When commissioning, I recommend being very detailed and to have references at hand! The more visuals, the better.
- Currently, I only accept payments in USD. I only use Cashapp as a payment method!

Use Policy

- Please don't use my artwork for creating commercial products. You can, however, use the artwork you commissioned for products so long as it's only for yourself. [For products, think stickers, pins, charms, etc.]
- Don't use my artwork for NFTs. I will not draw artwork if it's made apparent to me that it'll be used for NFTs.
- If I find out that you used my artwork for commercial products or for NFTs, you will automatically be blacklisted.
- Generative AI is not used at any point in the process of making artwork. I use Ibispaint for most of my artwork, which doesn't have AI generation features.
- Please do not use my artwork to train AI, nor use it as a basis for creating more. If I find out you've used my artwork for AI purposes, you will automatically be blacklisted.

Artworks tend to be on the smaller side in pixels. On average, they range to around 800-1100 in length, and 800-1100 in width. The smallest I may do is 700 in length or width, and the largest is 1200 in length or width. Size is adjusted according to what you asked for! It doesn't affect the pricing at all!
